Bill Preston is the managing partner of The Preston Law Firm in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. A trial lawyer and mediator with more than 44 years of experience, he focuses his practice on estate planning, trusts, and probate matters. Mr. Preston earned his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law in 1980 and his B.A. from Randolph-Macon College in 1974. He is also a recognized leader in restorative justice, having served as founding director of The Restorative Justice Institute.
