Frank Luceri was born in New York and relocated to South Florida at a young age. After graduating from Boca Raton High School as a national merit scholar, he attended University of Miami where he majored in philosophy and business administration and graduated with honors. Frank then attended University of Miami School of Law on a general academic scholarship, graduating in 1993 with honors.
After law school, Frank worked in Miami for a national law firm, handling insurance defense matters before striking out with a partner and then as a solo practitioner handling mainly real estate transactions and general civil legal matters. Frank also represented several small to mid-sized construction businesses as general counsel.
In 2003 Frank joined a prominent Florida statewide law firm, where he handled large commercial real estate transactions as an associate attorney. Frank headed the law office’s developer closings department where he oversaw a team which coordinated high volume condominium and development closings.
Frank moved to the Midwest for several years for family reasons, where he worked in-house at a large insurance company. In 2024, he made his way back to sunny Florida where he currently handles estate planning at The Preston Law Firm in New Smyrna Beach.
In his spare time, Frank enjoys going to the beach and hiking and mountain biking with friends and his two teenage children. Fun fact: In 2023 Frank completed the Grand Canyon rim-to-rim hike, traversing from the north rim to the south rim in one day, and lived to tell about it!
