Eric is a local boy having grown up right here in New Smyrna Beach in Volusia county, Florida. He loves the area and has chosen to dedicate his life to enhancing the lives of those around him.

Eric has been working with his father, Bill, at the Preston Law Firm since 2013. Since joining The Preston Law Firm, Eric focused his efforts on estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, trust administration, and elder law (e.g., Medicaid planning) so as to better serve the needs of the community he loves so much.

Eric understands the importance of clear communication and personalized attention when working with clients. He takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs and goals and develops customized solutions to meet those needs.

When he’s not working, Eric spends his time with his family either on the beach, on the boat, behind the smoker, kayaking one of the many beautiful local springs, or hiking a Florida trail with his amazing and adventurous wife, Chelsea, and endlessly-energetic dog, Luke.
